Problem verifying account in DC

    I'm having an issue when enrolling in the new, account verification program. The following error appears after inputting carefully my 10 digit cell phone number and clicking on verify button:

    "invalid number format"

    I have tried this from iPad, iPhone, Windows PC (Firefox/IE/Chrome) and the error is the same. My iPhone is SMS-enabled.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    Note to thread: @nightfly has already reached out to @Mike and I. We couldn't replicate his specific issue, but we'll continue to investigate it.

    I have solved an issue that had prevented users from DC from verifying.
