Any idea what their next canning is going to be? I believe they said early August

I saw a post on facebook from last week that they were doing one more run of Tendril & Derivative Galaxy and round 3 will definitely include Derivative Citra. From that same post, it said the plan was a canning run every 14-17 days.

Stopped by here today. These guys are fighting the beer is so good, can't keep up battle. Randomly the door was accidentally locked when I got there at 5 (ish). Once I got in, I got a free sample of Citra Derivative for my problems (the only tap choice). Very good beer. Left with a 22 oz of that (I chose what I am sure is a slightly aged version vs buying a new growler), therir coffee porter, and cans of Galaxy Derivative and Tendril. The cans are fantastic. Both taste excellent with a clear nod (for me) to the Galaxy.

Heading into Newport for the day tomorrow. Any chance I can get Proclamation anywhere? Preferably to bring home with me?

The brewery is not open on Mondays. Some cans went to distro from the last canning but I doubt any one store got a lot, you might call Nicky's Liquor in Providence. Pretty sure they got some but it's likely gone by now.

Bumping this thread as Derivative was dropped a few places in mass this week. After looking around a bit I heard that only 6stores in mass got a shipment. Needless to say I struck out.

Does anyone know if any shops in RI that have Derivative in stock? I will be in the Lincoln RI area this afternoon.

    Cheers!

It must have beer more than 6. A small shop in Pepperell MA has some today still. At $4.50 a can I passed.

This latest batch of Derivative Galaxy is insane. If someone were to hand this to me blind, I'd swear I was drinking Trillium Galaxy FP.

Citra was drinking damn fine the other day. I believe the canning was the end of September. Awesome beer.

Don't see enough love for these guys on the boards. Anyway, they have been churning out some really killer beer lately. See below.

Thanks for bumping this thread. I hadn't heard of them until now. I will have to check them out during my next trip to RI/MA from CT.

They make killer sours as well. They are a 10 minute drive for me at the moment but moving to bigger space to keep up with demand.

I'd gladly trade some if you ever get some other half stuff regularly.

What are the typical limits? They're not listed on their site/FB/Twitter.

Also, are their usually lines? Much left on Sunday's?

Sundays are hit and miss. The limits are per state law at 288 ounces for take home. Combo of cans, bottles, growler fills. Plus 72 oz for consumption in tap room..

Thanks but no thanks, I don't need them to run out of beer any faster!

Seriously though, their Stalk DIPA is unreal and I was able to stop in a few times over 2-3 weeks to restock before it ran out. So good to avoid the lines elsewhere for as good a hoppy ale as anyone else makes (IMO). Production will be going up later this year in any case once they move up to Warwick.

Any BAs try their new IPA Etherous? Sounds pretty good and might go grab some to judge for myself. :astonished:

I just picked some Ethereous about 2 hours ago. Cracked one when I got home, keeps up the high standard this brewery has. The last Process/Progress release, PP #8, was also outstanding, my favorite of the Process/Progress releases to date.
