Hello - I'm looking for a beer gift for someone who loved loved loved Founders Project PAM - the chocolatey-ness, the bourbon edge, etc. The year it was available I bought up every bottle I found in Boston (traveling home on commuter rail, faintly rattling....) Can anyone suggest a beer along these lines, available in MA area - ideally Boston area or North Shore of MA? I read about Founders CBS - but no idea if it will be available in any MA shops (I emailed Founders and due to triple-tier distribution, they can't tell me). Thank you!
Their barrel aged series has excellent distro this year. As long as you watch out for the exact release date and maybe follow a couple beer stores on Twitter/Facebook, you shouldn't have any issues scoring some.
