I live in tallahassee florida and a local craft beer bar, Proof, is starting their own brewery. I am their all the time and this past weekend they opened up their tap room, but don't have any beer out yet. I got a tour of the equipment with my buddy, and like 2 other people (not sure how we got this lucky) but their first beer should be done in about a month. The brew master told us it would probably be an IPA. Any one else live in the area or excited about this starting up here locally?
