Is it a proper trade to propose a trade for a can of Heddy topper+ Pliny the elder for a bottle of abyss 2013?
If you're offering the heady and pte you are off by a good bit. The next batch of abyss is about to come out and i think it gets distributed to cali. You should be able to find a bottle.
so I have the Abyss (2013) and i wanna tree for HEDDY, I wanna see if it would be a good move to ask for pliny on top of the Heddy. considering that its been aged and damn hard to get your hands on this time of year...
Why would you ask for pliney when you live in CA? Russian River doesn't even distribute to VT. Abyss would be a solid offer as I don't think Deschutes distributes to VT.
It's gonna be difficult to find someone who actively has heady and pliny to trade considering they are brewed on opposite corners of the country...additionally nobody cares that your abyss is aged and "hard to get" b/c they make a crap ton of abyss and its sold on every shelf across multiple states. Why not just trade they abyss for a 4 pack of heady? That seems $4$ and should be doable as deschutes doesn't make it to VT
