These ISOs are really bringing out the best in people. Most of them read like misinformed ransom notes. Can't wait til this dies down

Do they have more? Do you think they would fall for this trade for this again?

Who knows. Put it up there. I don't find it outlandish. Two Bruery RS only brews worth about $50 for 5 bottles, 4 of which were widely distributed and made in the 10's of thousands of bottles, worth about the same.

It's a shame the attitude "do you think they would fall for this trade again" even exists. It's a sad world when good beer can't be traded for good beer of equal value.

I was being quite sarcastic. This would and should get done again. My cynicism is reflective of what this new release is fetching.

It's a shame people can't recognize sarcasm and either laugh or ignore it.

I was going to trade my allotment for a kidney, my kid brother is really sick and I had a deal set-up but he said he would rather drink the proprietors instead.

So how long until people realize a beer with floating bits of coconut and an oil sheen should not have a perfect appearance rating

There's absolutely no way to understand sarcasm with type written words withoug emoticons or without knowing the individual making the comment. That said...sarcasm noted.

Probably about the same time they realize Heady Topper shouldn't have a perfect appearance rating.

I guess you need to draw a line somewhere, but I still think that being ok with $6.25 per beer but not $7 is kind of odd

unless you have unlimited supply at $6.25 I suppose

for me, it's more on the principal that some stores take advantage. other folks don't mind it but i do.
i saw the bombers for 30 dollars but i know the MSRP is 20, no way for me.
heck a liquor store in chicago had the latest variant bombers for 50 dollars.

Some stores in Seattle were charging 9 for the 12 oz regular BCBS with a 1 bottle limit. Other stores that were not gouging were at 4.99+tax. Obviously no proprietors out here or it probably would be the same.

Place in Florida still had regular today at 18.00 a 4 pack. Would have bought two but just 1 pack limit.

I think I have succeeded in getting my bcbs and variants allotment this year so far. Now it's up to me to not buy anymore beer for a while and drink down my cellar....much easier said than done.
