Probably something similar to 1:1 with Cherry Rye, Fou Foune, etc.

I think French pressing is a great idea, but "better than prop" is a stretch, and this is coming from someone who's done it a few times and tried other people's versions as well. A good french pressed version, imo is close but certainly not better than '13 prop.

Proprietors changed back to regular BCBS yet? Even the brewers at GI tell you not to age it because the coconut fades quickly

Had it a week ago. Still has a very strong coconut taste. Definitely has not fallen off yet.

I've found the GI BCS variants hold on to their original flavor for a prettt long time. Had bcbvs a few months ago and it still had a good vanilla presence.

As far as trade value goes I think the guy who said 1:1 with fou is pretty close. I think prop may have to add a small plus.

I drank one at the beach and have one left over. No it hasn't fallen off, but I've kept them dark and cold too, actually all my variants are in my beer fridge, the Backyard was tremendous, as was the Cherry. Cold and dark imo is a must. I've been approached about trading Prop, but it would take a lot, and I'm not for trying to win trades, but this one would take something very amazing.

Had it on draft about a month ago as well as about 2.5 months ago from kegs that have been sitting in a chilled storeroom since delivery. It is very much still the same great beer.
