Wanted to thank Tim and Jess at Hop Dog for being really kind to me and fixing an issue I had with one of their beers bought a bottle of the new batch of C bomb last week. Opened it up that night and it was flat as flat could be. Sent an email to them and a week later got 2 horns up Rye IPA, Sticky Figgy and a Tshirt from them. Really appreciate the service from you both. Very responsive and love the horns up. Thanks again
I know it was pulled off the shelves in one shop in Sydney and a venue in Sydney pulled it as well. Can not say about other places
Cheers Pat, we do what we can. The batch of flat C Bomb has been recalled apart from a couple that had been sold already. The issue with it at the moment is the fantastic fluctuations in temperature we've had of late. It's been too cold in the brewery for the beer to condition properly. So, the bottles we checked before sending out were ready to go, but it seems others were not. On the case of over carbed C Bomb, which we have had aswell... that's been a case of over priming on a batch, and until recently we weren't aware of the issue. But again we've dealt with it with the people and stores that have contacted us. I'm really happy with the amount of people who have contacted us directly if there is an issue with any of our products - lucky there haven't been many issues.
