Bought some HDR, which was was off, 15 day old beer tasted like it sat for 8 months unloved. They not only responded to me email, they are sending me replacement beer, and beer I sent to Ny in a trade. That's customer service. I'm a bit concerned the beer I bought for me was a 4/9 canning, what I sent to Tom in Ny was 3/31 canning I think, so it's two separate batches that were way off, hopes they fix it.
