Went today and sampled all the beers. Enjoyed the Dunkel a lot. They're going to be a destination brewery in Denver with their location and quality of brews. The view at night is going to be killer and within walking distance to Coors helps.

Couldn't agree with you more, a buddy brought me a growler back of the Dunkel yesterday. My wife and I killed it craving more!

Made my second trek over today. With the game and bike races, it wasn't too crazy, but still busy.
It's a great spot for sure. The combination of the banners and tables almost give it an "outside" feeling even when you're not. I definitely appreciate that, and I'm sure it'll be awesome in the cooler months. The dunkel is 100% authentic, and the pils is, too. I'm not sold on the new weiss, but some people seem to dig it. Batch 1 might be a happy accident as it's a really malt-forward wheat beer with even a little sourness.

While looking at the guest taps, besides the Dad & Dudes Dank IPA and Crooked Stave Petit Sour they list a Tivoli Helles. I know Tivoli is the old (closed) brewery at UCD. Anyone know who is planning on brewing this? I tend to prefer helles to pils, so I'm curious about this one.

Went there for the first time, thoroughly enjoyed it and it felt really well established for being a new brewery, but with 3 regulars and only 1 seasonal, they'll have to have a bit more to have me coming back for more, particularly if they sell growlers in stores. I'll probably be buying their beer in-store more often than at the brewery if they're going to charge $19 ($5+$14) for the Pilsner... I think I definitely liked the Weissbier the best, Dunkel really wasn't as good as other dunkel's I've had. I actually prefer dunkel's like Franziskaner over the traditional weissbier, but I didn't think Prost's was any better.

Anyhow, love the atmosphere and vibe, hope they brew something like a doppelbock, sounds like their next seasonal will be an oktoberfest/marzen which is ok by me. Will be back with my parents for sure (of German descent) but for a regular brewery to hit up I almost prefer a place with more options. Then again I feel like I've said this before in regards to authentic German breweries.
