Just noticed my Hops are coming up like crazy. Should I prune all of them? From what I understand, you want to prune back all the first shoots, and then pick two or three of the strongest shoots that emerge after that. Correct?
I pruned them down yesterday they were about 6 to 12 inches high before cutting. If I let them grow longer before pruning, some seem to get stunted for me.
