    IT was tough to choose just 5 but here are the finalists! Voting will take place until next Friday when a winner will be declared!

    In the event of a tie the winner will be whoever has had BCBS on their "wants" list for the longest amount of time

    EDIT: just reread the original LIF post and realized that I broke the rules!! :grimacing:
    I know mine really was the most interesting of them all... but please don't vote for mine since I'm apparently a dirty cheater. May I suggest ediaz's dead cat factoid? Cats suck, so that's a pretty good one.

    I prefer to picture a disembodied cat's head, upside down and walking on its ears. It's slightly less creepy.

    Damn... I knew I missed out by going to grad school for math. All we did was write proofs, no cats involved.

    I'm studying physical therapy, no cats here, but a great example of a neuro principle i wont bore you with.. but nonetheless, i dont envy your math at all.

    I wasn't going to vote for myself. But then I went ahead and did just that, for two reasons:
    1. I'm tired of not winning any LIFs.
    2. Someone else already voted for themselves as well.

    I suppose this is my fault guys. I should have said something in the original post haha all 5 of those are legit contenders. I changed the rules because there was only 3 interesting facts submitted by "qualified entrants" so i just chose 2 that i found interesting even if they were against some of the rules. All 5 are in the running!
