Pschul4's TIL LIF

    I planned on hoarding all of it but after having one tonight (and dying of happiness) I decided I needed to share a bottle of this beauty with someone less fortunate (in terms of distro).

    The only rule is you can't have reviewed, had, or got a bottle of bcbs. Oh and lower 48 only, sorry guys but budget is tight.

    I've got a 1 bottle shipper and it'll have a 12oz bottle of bcbs '11 in it to the winner. This is in response to me winning Msquared2's "First LIF"

    It's very simple. Just state the most interesting thing you've learned recently (please make it appropriate so this doesn't get shut down). I'll let this run until Friday July 27th. At that point I'll pick the 5 most interesting things IN MY OPINION. And post them in another thread with a poll. At that point I'll leave the poll open until Friday August 3rd and the post with the most votes at that point will be the winner!

    I will ship out on August 7th (1 day after my 23rd bday :slight_smile: )
    It would be cool if you started a LIF from winning this but it's not required.

    Everyone in the world always wants more BCBS that's why I traded for more haha I wanna open someones world to it :wink:

    I learned this recently because I googled it for this LIF...

    In ancient and medieval times the job of making beer fell to women. In some cultures it was considered such an honor that only beautiful or noble women could do it. In medieval Europe brewing was one of a housewife’s regular tasks, just like cooking and cleaning and baby making.

    TIL If a bug flys/crawls into your ear, go into a dark room and shine a flashlight into your ear, the bug will come out. Allegedly, haven't tested it.

    But, Ive had bcbs too.

    I learned recently (and many other times) that skateboarding after a few beers at Four Peaks brewing company isn't easy! Always better than driving of course! [​IMG]

    I drink PBR for drinking games but my cousin got me into this craft beer thing a year ago and it's been pretty addicting since then haha

    Ran the Sunday River Tough Mountain yesterday. One of the obstacles was to shot gun a beer. I learned that even shotgunning a Bud heavy during a race. it still sucks..... But then Im out of this LIF, figure others would still want to know though because ..... knowing is half the battle....
