I saw a few Pseudo Sue 12 packs at Curtis in Cohasset last weekend. I have only seen them once before (same location, ~ 6 months ago). Has anyone seen these anywhere else on the South Shore?
Are you still getting fresh, cold Sue down there? Near me in Central Mass, Pseudo Sue is almost always sold warm and usually >6 months old. Because, you know, it's more important to have nine different IPAs from Night Shift and seven varieties of alcoholic fruit cocktails from New Belgium in the cooler. I can't imagine the Sue twelve packs, if they are around, get treated any better. It can be a great beer, but there's no way I'm buying it like that.
I bought one of the twelve packs last weekend (canned on date 9/1/24). Not sure of the price, but, I think ~ $25. It was room temperature (I checked the cooler), but it tastes great.
