Pseudo and many TG hoppy brews just aren't very bitter. They tend more toward the so-called "Vermont-style" IPAs, focused on heavy tropical fruits and either a clean or slightly sweet malt profile, with bitterness being moderate at most. Arctic Panzer Wolf and the rest of FFF's heavily bitter brews, which tend toward West Coast style, is not what TG is going for.

Saying you get a citrusy flavor but little to no hops is funny, as the citrusy flavor you are experiencing ARE the hops in Sue. As other have said, it's not at all bitter and never has been. It's very much tropical fruits, mango and some grapefruit. It has a clean, sweet malt profile that compliment the Citra hops.

It seems you me you equate hops with bitterness, pine, grass or some other common characteristics from various commonly used hop varieties. That just isn't what the Citra hop typically provides. If the beer is the July 9th bottling, it's perfectly fine and you didn't get a bad bottle, unless it was stored outside in the sun or something.

This is accurate. Brew Hub did brew an amazing batch of WOJA. They'll get it right...

Forgive me, just got into Craft Beer about 2 months ago. Still a newbie and still getting familiar with the correct terminology.

More or less, I expected it to taste almost identical to Zombie Dust since most people compare the two together. So when I took a sip and realized how much less bitter/malty it was I immediately assumed I had a bad bottle. Now I know that wasn't the case.

    Cheers!

Well, I actually sent them a nice email, complimenting on all of their beers and how much I enjoyed them, even sent a picture with no less than $200 of their beer in my fridge.......My purpose for emailing was I had a Psuedo with a TON of hop debris in it, I mean A LOT, never heard back from them. I wasn't asking for anything in return, just wanted to let them be aware because I've never seen any debris before in all the Psuedo I drink.

I believe a little while ago (2-3 months) ago there were some infected bottles.

    Cheers!

I will second this. I had it twice in the bomber with the old head brewer, while it was good, I would take Zombie Dust over it 100/100.
