Todd the Axe Man Isn't available right now. You should be able to find Abrasive from Surly though. It's at most decent bottle shops in Madison. Same with PseudoSue. Not from Milwaukee so can't give you specific bottle shops.
I think Todd the Axeman is a late Summer release and the last batch was gone out here in a week. If they make as much Axeman for 2016 as they did with Abrasive(which is still around since early December) hopefully it'll stay around a bit longer because that shit is fantastic.
Abrasive is great...but at this point, its over 4 months old*. I'd opt for furious or Hopslam. (I believe)
Depends on what you find. Surly brewed several batches of Abrasive. The most recent was the beginning of January, I believe. Plus that beer holds up like none other. I would have no qualms about picking it up even at 4 months.
I think there was more than one release for abrasive. I have one can left with a 12/5/15 date, and that was still great a week ago.
