Sosus gone. I was hoping two get a bottle or two of each, looks like there are people grabbing a case at a time... oh well. There'll be more!

Well shit. I was walking out the door at 11 only to get pulled into a meeting. I'm hoping there might be some left around 3/3:30 today... not looking good though.

Got mine at 11, the cashier was kind enough to call my girlfriend a mule to her face. Girls do drink quality beer and we will be bringing the Sosus to GABF to share.

 

I have some extra sue. I figured it would be picked up and flipped. I'm not looking to ding anyone, just wanted to make sure some MN BAs could get some. BM if you are in need. We can work something out IP.

 

So Im not one to try and start a rumor. But while I was at casanova I mentioned how I couldnt wait until spring of '14 for MN Distribution, and the beer guy shot me down quickly. Heres what he said. If anyone else is going to the nova please chat him up on this

I spoke with the beery guy of Casanova, He speaks with the owner of TG frequently he mentioned that TG was out of bottles and labels, and fermenters were empty due to their recent bottling, needless to say their demand is way above their production. He mentioned that TG will probably only be Draft Lines in Spring '14 in MN, and expanding about 5 more accounts in WI for draft.

They are about to have a 30bbl brewhouse up an running (it isn't up yet right?) instead of just the 10bbl they have at the brewpub, so I would expect a lot more bottles in the nearish future.

 

Clark himself said in August that they plan to distribute bottles to MN next year. While I hope it's sooner than later, I personally don't really care that much if it's q1, q2; whenever. Just happy it'll happen eventually. How about we all calm down and be patient.

 

My intent for my OP was to see if anyone else could investigate as well. Like you said I thought it would be in '14 as well. I'm glad to have the beer 30 miles away and whenever it gets here it will be greatly appreciated
