My wife is heading to Denver next week from Chicago. Any chance of her finding any PtE?? Other good beers not available in Chicago??

    Cheers!!

It comes typically every 5-6 weeks, the last batch landed 3/15-3/16, a couple stores had some left on Saturday 3/17 but were down to <12 bottles. Chances are it'll be gone by next week.

I would have her pick up some Dry Dock, I've seen a couple of their Wee Heavys left on the shelf, and particularly their DIPA (pretty close to PtE), Tripel, Vanilla Porter, and Hefeweizen. They are all 22oz. and all excellent. If she goes to Applejack, she can find GCBC (Golden City Brewing Company) and Grimm Brothers, both local/regional brews you won't find anywhere else. Funkwerks and Crooked Stave if you like Belgians & sours.

I bet all the PtE is gone around here. I'm a bit of a PtE hoarder when it comes around so I actually have more than I need even after making some trades. I'd be happy to trade a bottle if she'll be in Downtown.

I second the recommendation on the Dry Dock stuff. I drink their DIPA instead of Pliny. Its my go to extra for trades.
