I'm back in Puerto Rico right now visiting family. Ocean Lab is a nice place and the beer was good. There's also a new TapRoom / Growler- Crowler place called "El Tap". It's short drive from Ocean Lab. They have a lot of the local stuff available there. Go with the Dopple Roggen from Zurc (New brewhouse from Coamo, no taproom yet but they're distorting) if they still have it. It was a legit Rye IPA and I'm going back for more later today.

El Tap should be enough to get a taste of the locals (Ocean, Boquerón, FOK, Zurc, etc.) so I wouldn't waste time going to Rincon Beer Co. If you go West, go to BeerBox. They'll have some of their own stuff on tap and the place is really nice.

Yes @jojo2112, you should be fine with an Uber to get there. Just as long as you stay away from La Perla, which is at the very end of El Condado.

Since you're staying in Condado, then you definitely should hit up Taberna Lupulo as well, it's right there.

FWIW, I know nothing about this brewery, it looks like it opened this year, so you get the first one to rate it in BA.

Beer Box has changed for the better since the first time I went there. They've definitely evolved over the years. Very, very solid place. I know they were getting Founder's KBS even before New Jersey.

I was able to check out Ocean Lab last week. Very nice brewery and they make some solid stuff. Sounds like they will get distribution and their bottling going soon.

Yeah I should have posted about my trip. I checked out Ocean Lab as well. Very cool brewery and nice people but I thought the beer was mediocre. Beer-wise, probably my favorite of the local breweries that I had was Boquerón.

Found a place in Condado area called Parcela Gastropub that had KBS on tap. And I was able to get a bottle to go of Bell's Mars.

Did briefly go into Taberna Lupollo, but honestly they didn't have anything I was interested in that I hadn't had before so we didn't end up staying.

Thanks everyone for the great advice!
