Puerto Vallarta June 2016.....Anybody?

    Anybody from Puerto Vallarta or is going to be in Puerto Vallarta during the month of June 2016?

    I wanted to gather a group beer lovers to go sample some beers. I am also working on a project involving Mexican Beers while I am there

    How about any local breweries in the area? (Puerto Vallarta)

    Los Muertos is the only place I know of in Puerto Vallarta. IPA kinda sucked, but I heard some of their other stuff is pretty good.

    I’m here now and there’s another brewery, Cerveceria Monzon, which has some nice beers including an IPA, a session IPA, a saisom all of which I can vouch for.they were also open when Iwas here in December but I feel the beers are much better now.

    In various bars and restaurants around the Zona Romantica I have seen a very nice “tropical IPA” from Colima called Piedra Lisa I belive. Finally, from Guadalajara there is a very passable IPA called Ippolita.

    What I want to find is a package store that sells these latter two, and other locals, in 6 packs. I’m paying 65-85 pesos in bars, and I imagine in a store they’d be maybe 150 pesos a six pack, given that Bohemia Vienna is around 95 pesos at the OXXO. Anybody have any suggestions in or close to Zona Romantico or Centro?

    Heading there in November. Looking for NA Beer? My previous house brand was Victoria by Modelo.
