    Hello,

This will be my first SPB release on Saturday. Does anyone know how much the previous batches of Pulling Nails were going for? $20 a bottle or somewhere in that range?

    Thanks,

    Blend 2 was $30/bottle.

Probably looking at $25 or $30 due to the fruit that is in it

I get my fruit for quite a bit cheaper than that. Probably looking at $30 due to supply and demand.

Anybody have a guess what the limit will be per person? I know that he waits to see how many people are in line before determining that, but I haven't been to release before and didn't know what the limits usually were for Saturday at 12 releases.

I'm guessing 1 or 2, but this is pure speculation on my part

No idea what the limit will be this time, but for Blend 2 it was 5 bottles/person.

I don't disagree with you if this were normal economics, but if this were the case, Cory could probably charge $50-$75 and people would buy it. I just used my past experience with pricing of his beers.

5 would be awesome, but I have a feeling there will be a LOT more people at this release

I remember them wanting people to wait until 9 to line up for the PARKAS/Lattice release, is that still the case or was that just wishful thinking from the SP/Perennial crew?

    Still the case
its kind of a given now, but hard to control. It's in a residential area.

Did they sell out of all the bottles already? I'm assuming yes, but if by some miracle they didn't I would swing by.

Not sure when they sold out, but I know they did. People were getting back in the line (which was probably ~500 deep) which I just find crazy.

I do appreciate the attempt to have people not show up before ~9, but I think that has gone out the window now. I got there at 8:58 and was ~100th in line, which was about what I expected, but from the looks of it, I would guess the first people were there at 7. (just a guess though)

Hopefully I don't incite anger for undermining anyone's trade value but though the limit was 3, everyone that wanted to go through the line twice, could. The line moved pretty fast. I think going through a second time only took about 40 minutes.

And ... I saw people getting back in a 3rd time so I think more than a few people walked away with 9 bottles, couples with a case and a half. It was plentiful, which is awesome; quality still incredible and attempting to meet demand.

ProCATstination was pretty killer on tap as well. Sad to not get bottles of that one.
