Pumpkin beer recommendations?

I liked DFH. I also enjoyed post-road.

 

Alaskan Pumpkin Porter. If Charlie Brown ever grew up, it would be his favourite too.

 

This is my first Halloween since moving from the St. Louis metro area. No Schlafly here in the D.C. area as far as I have seen.

 

Cigar City's Good Gourd and Good Gourd Almighty are both fantastic. Saint Arnold Pumpkinator was really good too.

Hmm, seekabrew says it should be in DC but I don't know the scene there very well. I actually get my Schlafly from Maryland, it's one of the few breweries there but not in PA. Try some MD stores if you get a chance?

and from the US , gotta mention Elysian 'Night Owl' & 'Dark O the Moon'

 

Schlafly is all over the place here. Give it a ittle time for the pumpkin to arrive.

 

Pumpkick by New Belgium is my favorite.

Pumking, warlock - but that's not really a pumpkin ale as it is a stout, horseheads pumpkin ale and weyerbacher which to me is the grandaddy of them all =)

 

Schlafly Pumpkin Ale. Had it for the first time this year and its by far the best I've ever had.

Other notables: Pumpkin (although not as good this year as previous years), Warlock, Pumkuccino.

Southern Tier Pumking and Dogfish Head Punkin Ale.

 

No love for the the mighty Oaked Jacked Imperial Pumpkin from Uinta? That is just a massive beer and the (6 months) it spends aging in oak just raises the bar even higher. It's certainly not cheap (~$12, 750ml bottle), but it is worth it even if I will have one bottle this season.

 

DFH Punkin. But as far as local, I'd say Saint Arnold Pumpkinator. If anybody wants to trade local pumkins for local pumpkins I have some for trade!
