It seems like they were just released and *poof*...most of the good are gone. Do these have a second wave or are they that limited? I was hoping to have a good try at most at least THRU October.

This may be an unpopular opinion around here, but I'm personally glad to see them go. I'm a much bigger fan of all the seasonal brown ales and the stouts of winter.

Maybe you're looking the wrong place? They've pretty much taken over several of the shops I frequent. Some are pretty good but for the most part I agree with robinsmv- make way for the parade of stouts!

I see a ton of them, are you looking for one specifically that that's harder to find or just any.

Maybe this post would be better suited in the Great Lakes region forum. Sounds like the responses are regionally based. For instance, there are still a ton of pumpkin beers around the Seattle area.

The only only ones I care about around here are Pumking, Schlafly, and DFH. Pumking and DFH come once (and go). Schlafly comes more than once. I expect to see it sell out at my local store, then reappear a few weeks later. Sometime in late November, Schlafly will be gone for good and I'll be really, really sad for about 15 minutes. :slight_frown:

Then I'll realize that pretty soon Hopslam will be back and I won't be sad anymore.

I know a few liquor stores here in town that put half of what they got in the back for mid to late October.

Always try to stock up on some pumpkins and oktoberfests to have till late November. Always bummed when there are none left but once celebration and black chocolate stout show up I'm happy

They have been selling quickly at the store I work at, hope a few more come out. Lots of people are asking for them.

There are still cases of Pumpking and Punkin around in FL... all the others aren't worthwhile anyway.

There's still plenty of options floating around NE Ohio. Since they seem to hit shelves earlier and earlier, maybe people stocked up instead of waiting and possibly missing out in October? It's also a style that grabs the attention of people who typically don't drink craft beers.

Still have pallets worth of pumpkin beers here. Hell there are still summer beers to be had.

The only ones that seem to be drying up around here are DFH Punkin, Sam Adams Fat Jack, and Longtrail Imperial Pumpkin.
