Anyone started any pumpkin beers yet to have ready for the season? Im in the planning phase to do a partigyle of an imperial pumpkin stout and regualr pumpkin stout. Later this year I think Im going to do a pumpkin lambic for next yr as well.

I'll be brewing a pumpkin amber in a week or two. I don't think we'll see pumpkins here in Florida for weeks yet, so I'll use butternut squash instead. I did this two years ago and was very happy with the result.

Planning stages of a pumpkin ale myself, along with a carrot cake ale. Time to get the autumn beers fermenting!

I have a recipe for a pumpkin beer with a bunch of spices, oats, and pumpkin that I made for the first time last year. It came out tasting exactly like pumpkin pie. I'll be brewing that one again tomorrow.

Getting ready to brew a pumpkin Saison. I am hopping I can get a little bit of spice to carry over from the yeast.

Brewed myself a pumpkin barleywine last month so I could let it age for a little bit before I put in a keg and tap it.

I would like to see the recipe as well. I've been trying to clone Wasatch Pumpkin ale. Is it anything like that?

I brewed up a pumpkin ale last weekend that is chugging away in my fermentation chamber. Also have some bottles of the pumpkin stout I brewed last year set aside for October.

I made a spiced pumpkin ale last year and my family loved it. Im planning on making a few different kinds this time around. I want to try making one with a higher residual sugar so that its a sweeter beer. Probably just a small 1 gallon batch though, Im not a big fan of sweet beer.

At least we usually have yams or sweet potatoes to use in place of pumpkin.

The latest Zymurgy has an article on making pumpkin ale, if anybody is interested.

Brewed slims graham cracker ale from HBT last weekend. Graham crackers, chocolate, brown sugar...had to try it. All good reviews as well. Think I will split it and add pumpkin spice to half.
