Pumpkin lambic jello

    Anyone think I could take a bottle of timmermans pumpkin lambic and turn it into a jello? Want to make it as a treat for a bottle share.

    I don't see why not. pH should be ok... there used to be a number of sparkling wine jello recipes.

    I've had a customer at work come to me and ask for the sweetened lambic to make alcoholic jello with more flavor. She would blend vodka and the lindeman's sweetened kriek to make it. I'm sure this will turn out, but delicious or not...I don't know, but I'd try it!

    Keep us posted that sounds like an interesting idea that has the potential to be delicious. I am no food scientist, but I don't see how it would be hard or tricky in any way.
