Came across this when I was buying my spices for my fall pumpkin beer at https://www.spiceandtea.com/
The ingredients are pumpkin, maltodextrin, corn flour and sunflower lecithin. Anyone ever heard or used it? Has a slight smell of raw pumpkin but so much taste, though I would think it would being made from just raw pumpkin and no spice. I was thinking of maybe just adding when kegging the beer, I have an oz of the stuff for a 2.50 gal batch.

Sounds like it would be good for kicking up the pumpkin flavor, maybe add some to the priming sugar boil before bottling.

...or maybe add some to the boil at flameout?

Just put a whole pumpkin pie at the bottom of the fermenter and let it rip...
