Tasted this today and it is very good. Hoptimum good. I was shocked. I haven't seen anything that wasn't rather pedestrian from Pyramid in many years but this, this is a fantastic DIPA.

Not sure if it has been in the Texas market before or not but get it while you can, you will not be sorry. It's a fantastic value for a beerr of this caliber.

Agree. A very tasty DIPA for a great price. First tried it last Spring 2011 when I saw it at Specs in Round Rock.

$6.99 at Central Market this week ... at least in Austin.

Dude. This stuff is completely awesome. Very very close to Hoptimum in flavor profile and aroma, as the OP said.

Who woke up Pyramid's brewmaster? I've thought these guys were asleep at the wheel for about 5 years now and they pull this shit? I never thought I'd compare them to a world class brewery like Sierra Nevada. Great job!

    A steal at $6.99 for a 6-pack of an 8.5% IIPA.

That's a great price for a 6 pk of a DIPA! Hope to find some after work. Anyone know if this is in San Antonio and if so where?
