Yes theres a group not far from you in silvis..... We meet up on tuesdays. And sometimes saturday nights.

 

I also make it down a handful of times a year to visit the in-laws and have organized tastings of RB and BA people in the past (Front Street in Davenport has always been really accommodating to us!)

I get together with buddies often but we don't necessarily make it about "beer." We drink good beer while there, both homebrews and commercial, and shoot the shit about sports/tv/whatever.

I enjoy RIBCO a lot and would like it if one of these nights (prefereably $2 burger basket nights!) everyone got together.

I would invite all of you out to my house if I had a house, but unfortunately I just live in an apartment so I can't.

 

When is RIBCO $2 basket night? I'll be in town for a handful of days around July 4th and may hit that up!

 

Mondays and Tuesdays I think

 

Bah, Won't be in until late on the 3rd. I still have yet to hit up RIBCO, will need to make it a point to go this visit. Perhaps a meetup for locals can be arranged?

 

Wilco is in town the 3rd, and the 4th is obviously a bad day, but any day after that would be cool

I think I'll be going to RIBCO on Wednesday of next week, as well(depends on the schedules of a couple people)

Let me know if you plan on hitting RIBCO on a Monday sometime soon. I can drop down there after work.

 

Yea i have an air conditioned garage with a double bar set up :-) new ba's are always welcome hit up graniteskunk or me woodchopper. Everyone usually brings a dish to pass and a beer or two small simple fun times i also always have some thing on tap and a cooler full of beers to share

Also thought of throwing a party on july if it works out for everyone too..... Just need a head count...... And a saturday night :-)

If it's a Saturday, you know to count me and my better half. I'm not having a BBQ in July anymore(too much stuff to do to get ready for it), so my weekends are all free. We can talk about it tomorrow. I've got a growler of Snake Handler that's coming with me tomorrow, too.

 

Line em boys looks like the 7th of july will be the date so i can share a "few" with torgo... And j it still works out for a party bring pops too i have a nice bottle of wine for him! I juat ask that people bring a side dish to pass and of course we'll fire up the big green egg grill. Please let me know if you can make it.......

 

We're there, dude. Bryce and his brother might be in the area, too. Is this going to be the Eclipse tasting?

It very well could be or the 5 3floyds releases from the 15 th ann..... That people helped me aquire if bryce makes it we'll do it! Hoping bunzilla and crew can make it too! I'll see what beers i might be able to find Lol
