Quality thermometer

    I'm looking to get a quality thermometer to test the temp of my beer that I am pouring. I have spent a lot of time reading on how to balance my system properly and want to get an accurate reading on the temp so I can ensure I'm doing this right. Any suggestions would be helpful

    I agree with mike.. The thermapen is supposed to be tops.. It has +/-.7F accuracy.
    My DT400 is +/-1F accuracy. Also waterproof. Just doesn't fold up.
