Quality vs. Quantity

    I don't know. That 2014 BCBS I had last night was pretty good.

    True enough. I have a copy of a book called "Brewing Beers like those you buy" and the author began by saying that if you took the brewery's recipe and scaled it down the result would be nothing like the original. His recipes , concocted with help from the actual brewers, often used quite different ingredients to match the taste.
    I have to presume that simply scaling up using larger equipment would require quite a lot of tweaking to match the original.

    I don't know what Space Dust used to taste like, but that beer (the 3/11/15 bottling) has been awesome - totally addictive.
