So a friend's band is currently playing Key West and in a couple of days will be heading north, playing Daytona (making their way to CO next month). Is it possible to buy bottled beers at the Lounge and Brewery (looking for stouts and porters)? I ask b/c if it is, she's willing to pick up a few for me. If not, then I don't want to take up the little free time she has. If you have any useful info on where she may pick up a few bottles, I'd love to hear from you (on the thread or BM). Any help is appreciated. Cheers!

Funky Buddha doesn't bottle (yet), but she could definitely grab you some Cigar City. Awesome friend!

I'm stocked with Cigar City thanks to a FL BA who came down for GABF. I've seen people posting ISO:FT offering up Funky Buddha bottles so I assumed they were available. Thank you so much for the information. And you're right, she's a good friend. I'm sure we'll share some beers when her band plays a show here. Thanks again!

Sure thing. Those bottles are very limited and not distributed, but rather given to members of their Snifter Club. I'm not sure of the details, since I'm not a member, but they definitely don't hit shelves.

I did read about the new brewery in Oakland Park, and them going from a 1.5 barrel system to a 30 barrel system, so that's pretty exciting. Thanks again.

From what I understand they are given as "gifts" since they don't have the licence to sell bottles, and they don't fill growlers either. It is worth the trip though! Was an amazing experience visiting their brewpub. 1.5 barrel system is crazy small!

I can't wait for bottles or expanded production!
