I was wondering how you can tell which year a particular bottle of Hunahpu's had been bottled. Could anyone shed some light on the distinguishing characteristics for me? There doesn't appear to be an actual year on either bottle I have. Thanks in advance for your help.

Further to this, I've had a hard time getting offers on my "ISO: Huna" posts. I've offered multiple KBS and that's not getting it done. That's fine, I'm just wondering what it has been taking to land a Huna? I have some more rare stuff I could offer, I've just not done so yet. This beer sounds so different and so good, I'd love to try it.

    Cheers!

I'm pretty sure there is a date on the 2012 bottle, but not sure about the other years.

The 2011 definitely says "2011" in big numbers on the side of the label

I know the 2012 on the side of the label has the story of the beer and also says "Sold on March 10th , 2012"

It depends, I know that I traded a bottle of Hunahpu for Bourbon county Vanilla and traded another bottle for Better Half. KBS should do it, but maybe is just not the right beer.

Got 1 for 2 x KBS and 2011 Parabola and another for Bourbon County Coffee and Bramble.

Fill out your gots and you might have better luck, or at least get some counter-offers. You might want to be more specific, too -- "multiple KBS" sounds like two or three KBS, which doesn't even match $4$, let alone rarity/hype.

I just traded a parabola and 2x 2011 BCBS for a bottle which is pretty reasonable I think.

    I traded a 2010 and 2 2011 Deschutes Abyss for a 2012 Hunahpu and a Humidor Imp. Stout.

Traded Sexual Chocolate for an '11. And the 2011 definitely has 2011 on the label.

Yeah you did. Looking forward to cracking some KBS at a stout tasting this coming weekend. Once again, thanks for being awesome.

Thanks everyone! The next time I gather some Hill Farmstead stuff, I'll probably try for Huna again. Until then, well, I have too many trades going anyway!

Exactly. That's the 2015 prototype label.
