By my estimations, the FG of this beer is close to 1.023. Cheers!

Well I tasted it today. Dang! it is fine. uncorrected SG dropped to 1.0425> I think it is near bottom so I am going to give it a day or so, transfer to a keg with a closed transfer and let it sit for another week or two...might be just in time for Thanksgiving... or past.... Thank all of ya'll for the help.

1968 is a highly flocculent yeast. You might want to rouse it (i.e. agitate the fermenter to put some yeast back in suspension) to make sure it's really done.

I used safale#4 also for my comment on the yeast dump. I was referring to the plastic “cavity” or container that catches the yeast.
