Should I double box? Has anyone had any issues with just shipping the styro shipper in a cardboard box?

I've used 6 and 12 bottle shippers and never had an issue with the box

I would just tape the caps down and place the bottles in a garbage bag in case a bottle does crack or the cap does come off.

Styro ones work real well. Ya just add a little bubble wrap so they don't move and it's good. Another idea is to get the large flat rate shipper boxes from the post office. You can fit 3 22oz bottles in one after wrapping them up with bubble wrap. Then go to Home Depot and buy a small heavy duty box. You can place 2 of those post office boxes in the Home Depot one. Best of all the one from post office are free and one from home dept is $1.50. It's a nice way to save money and its heavy duty packaging.

Styrofoam shippers are extremely durable and dont need a double box. My 6 shipper finally started falling apart after 15-20 shipments.

Ive sent (and received) shippers all over the world with no issue at all. No need to double box

To each their own. That's what I do when I ship long distance
