Question for brewers who use oak.

    please name the cooperage that charges this much, because you are quite off. taransaud t5 are around 1600, regular taransaud, darnajou, sylvain, francois fereres are all less.

    lol yeah that's just a touch off. With the strong dollar, french oak is coming down. I was pleased to learn that my favorite FO wine barrel, Marsannay, was around $1200 at the Unified Symposium a few weeks ago.
