Question on esters

    Thanks everyone for the advice. I am seeing a wide array of answers, ranging from just dump it to it will be fine. I just tried some and it tastes fine, although a bit fruity. The conclusion I am drawing is that, its beer, a bit fruity, obviously unfit for a competition but drinkable.

    I'd dry hop the shit out of it and drink quickly. I had an ESB that was under aerated and the esters were tolerable at first but the older it got, the messier it got. Ended up dumping the whole batch.
