I looked on Total Wine's website (Phoenix area) for ODell's and Bell's ipa/dipa's and pale ales. According to their site they do have in stock in the stores. Now I'll be driving from Cali to Phoenix for a couple of days and would like to pick up a case or two of Bell's Hopslam and ODells ipa's to bring back to Cali with me. I did not see any Hopslam listed. Is it because it is out of season or they do not carry Hopslam? And is ODell's readily available even though Total Wine has it listed as in stock? Can I find these two brewery's else where in the Phoenix area? Thanks!

Hopslam is seasonal, it is one of those that lasts a week or so when it is in. Both brands are widely distributed all over in places such as Papago Brewing, Tops-Sun Devil, Whole Foods, Bevmo, Gilbert Convenient Mart, etc. etc. even in some grocery stores. If you would like to reserve a case or two of anything feel free to call Leah at Papago Brewing the week before and she can reserve it for you or you can just do mixed cases/6 packs. You can also get growlers of anything on tap so bring your empty growlers. We had Bell's Expedition Stout on as well as ODell Myrcenary last night at Papago as an example.

Often more important than "which beer" is "how fresh". Before stocking up, seek some age answers.
