Question regarding hop schedule with Mosaic

    This beer is going to be a lot of firsts for me. First time using Mosaic, first time drying hoping pellets, first time partial mashing and first time kegging. I picked up two Korny kegs yesterday and now have to get the rest of my gear and learn how to force carb haha.
