Question regarding shop cooler to cellar

    Hi all,

    Quick question regarding cellaring previously refrigerated items. Say I pick up a cellar-able bottle at a shop that had it in its cooler. The shop's cooler is considerably colder than my cellar conditions. Is this advisable, or should I pass until I can find one that more closely matches my cellar conditions??

    Letting it come back down to room cellar naturally wont hurt it. You are good to go
