I do the exact same. There's no way of ever messing up anything when working this way. In the sheet i include the traders name contact info also. (just in case)

I use Google Documents for all sorts of stuff - a list of the people I've traded with on BA, my trade spreadsheet, my cellar spreadsheet... I find it very helpful.

I don't want to harp on this, so I will say my final piece and move on. I was never angry initially because he offered to send me a growler from Hill Farmstead immediately after I told him of the error, so I figured things were fine. It was only after 3 months had gone by that I started to assume that he never actually had any intention of making things right with me, which is why I sent him the above-quoted message asking for my growler back or the money. At that point, I assumed all hope of getting a full growler from him was long gone. What infuriated me was when he told me that he was going back up to HF and never even once offered to grab me a growler, which would've been the right thing to do. I'd also like to note that I waited 9 days from the time he sent me a message saying he was going to send me the money until I decided to post something on the boards. At that point, I felt pretty confident that I wasn't getting that either.

So this sounds to me like everything has been resolved.
