Recieved some new beers in a trade. I recieved a 2013 Stone Old Guardian, 2012 Stone Imperial Stout, AleSmith Speedway Stout, and Goose Island Big John. Should I age them all? I am debating the Big John and Speedway because they have a coffee note.

If you've never had them, drink up. If you love them, get more, then age.

The stone beers hold up amazingly well for aging. But again, ask yourself why are you aging them? If you haven't tried them, do so. None of those beers are really difficult to get and are essentially shelf beer.

Drink them and then decide what you think for future bottles. Also I would bet the Stone IRS is a 2012 bottle because I don't think it's been released yet this year.

that and the OP's post actually states it being a 2012 bottle. But hey, I'm not Sherlock Holmes or nothing.
