Questions with my first homebrew

    hello all I plan on making a 5 gallon all grain batch, using pale ale 2 row along with Falconers 7 C. I don't know what yeast to use with this combo and does this sound like a good start for my first batch. Thanks

    Use Fermentis S-05 dry yeast. Rehydrate it. Use two packs if your beer is more than 7%.
