I'll be stopping off in Brussels for a couple days next weekend and I wanted to see if anyone wanted to arrange a quick trade. I don't have much in the way of plans for those days other than checking out Cantillon and the expected stops. Just like everyone else, I'm looking for off the beaten path Cantillon and Drie Fonteinen offerings. Stuff like: 50n 4e, Hommage, Framboos, Oude Gueze Vintage etc.. etc... I can offer stuff like the following: - Bruery (MW, M#8, GM, CR, BT) - Alesmith (BA Speedway, BA Wee Heavy, BA Old Numbskull) - Various 50/50 Eclipse - HoTD (Bourbon Fred, FftW, CherryAFTW, Michael, AftW) - Firestone Walker BA offerings - Stuff from Kuhnhenn, Goose Island And various other BA stouts and barleywines. I suspect there is little interest in American sours :-), but I have those as well. If you are interested and anything catches your eye, let me know and we can try to work something out. If nothing does, then I will have to drown my sorrows at Cantillon. And that is not a terrible consolation prize. Cheers
The last time I was at Cantillon, they let you buy one 50 N 4 E for every other two (or three) bottles you buy. I cannot remember the exact details, but you should ask when you go. If you are in Amsterdam at all on your trip, try de Bierkoning for some of those rarities. Best of luck in your search.
