I'm looking to add some quick connects to my set up. Any links you can reply with to ones that are pretty reliable, meaning they've lasted for a good amount of time without leaking?

    Love my stainless cam locks.

Are you talking about brewing or serving? I have brass ball lock QDs on my March pump. Friction fit works fine on my mash tun and boil kettle where there's no pressure to worry about

I really like QD on my gas lines for serving. I just added some to my regulator, then added a bulkhead fitting into my kegerator, now I can disconnect everything and not have any lines running anywhere if I dont like it

For brewing I gave up on QD for liquid as after a few uses they always got gummed up (really hard water) and it really was more of a hassle to deal with than anything. IMHO cam locks are much nicer than QD, but like mikehartigan said friction fit is pretty easy and is what i use on my mash tun and kettle

cam lock fittings are very popular for industry. Tractor Supply will have some sizes avaialble. Grainger has everything as well if you have an account. stainless or aluminum with barbed ends and you can make any hose you like.
the brand "Banjo" is one of the best.

Jbakajust1 was looking into some quick connects about a month ago. I wonder if he ever found anything he was happy with

I was going to go with the William's Brewing ones but actually found some Aluminum camlocks here in town for about the same price and I can easily expand my brewery or replace a part if I have to with a quick drive and no shipping costs. I haven't had a chance to use them yet as my pump is about 3 minutes away right now.

For the OP, check the thread I started here, some good stuff.
