What’s the best way to get all the gunk and funk out of the blow off tube after switching to an airlock?

PBW soak if dry...soap and water if not

If it's really caked and won't come out with a soak, a cleaning brush for a corny liquid tub works good.

    Tubing is cheap.

All the above and a multi day soak in a bleach solution followed by a complete rinse with hot water. For the future, usually a blow off hose, in my use, is only required for a couple days, so changing it out and immediate cleaning is much easier.
