Quick Question(s) about Dist. for the ATL BA's...

have not seen the all day ipa on any inventories as of yet but i wouldnt be surprised if it made its way here eventually. as to the cigar city situation there is simply none for the retailers to buy. the distributor is out and it doesnt look like its coming back anytime soon (i hope thats not the case but it appears to be). im hearing that cigar city is basically pulling out for whatever reason but that has not been confirmed by anyone from the distributor to me.

 

I'm pretty certain All Day IPA never made it to the GA market and CCB has indeed pulled out of the GA market due to local demand.

 

All Day IPA is apparently not getting full distribution, and GA is one of the markets that got the shaft. Not sure if this is a permanent thing (kinda like how Sierra Nevada doesn't distribute their stout to the metro area), or if Founders is just doing a limited roll out since it's a new beer.

I was in North Carolina recently, though, and they had it on shelves there.

 

I found a couple cases of All Day IPA, while I was out of town in St. Simon's Island.. Forget the name of the store though.. Not too many stores on the island anyways. No idea if they get a different distribution being so close south. I do remember seeing it along with some other Founders stuff, like Devil Dancer, and Centennial IPA and such.

As for the Cigar city... No beer. Although I did see some old maduro or whatever at a beverage store on the southside of town a few weeks back. No telling how old that was!
