Quick questions re: BCBS

Anywhere from $20/4pk to $9 a bottle. Seriously, it varies that much.

 

A fair street price is anywhere in the $20-$25 range for a 4-pack.

Vintage matters too - everything went batshit crazy with 2011. Before that there was no reason to break up a 4-pack and sell as singles because the beer sat on shelves year round. Hopefully we will return to the pre-2011 era with the initiative to make this beer year round.

 

could not buy a 4 pack of 2011 BCBS. It was all sold in individual bottles in 2011 because of such small allotments to beer stores. 9 to 10 dollars a bottle was pretty standard price.

 

Some people got lucky and still found places that sold 4-packs at $20-$25 each...even online in some cases!

 

Thats crazy! people must have ben in good with the store owner or something...

 

Nope, basically a store that got a bunch in, had no clue to it's popularity, and put it up for sale online on the website the day the got it I'd imagine. It was sold out within a day though. $19.79 per 4-pack, with a limit of four 4-packs.

That was a happy day...

 

I love 2011 BCBS!

 

I bought a couple of cases. One case was $120 and the rest was bought by the 4 pack at ~$25 per.

 

I got like 4 4 packs for 20-21 a piece then bought a single for 8 as well.

 

Dont lie...you would have punched that old lady in the throat regardless of whether she was in line or not.

Nope. Just walked in, saw 4-packs on a shelf and bought one. Whole Foods can't/won't break up 4/6-packs either so I got a 4-pack from them, too.

 

Cases? Is any of that FT?
