quick tip: Cascade/Golden Promise SMaSH rocks

    Just made me some of this. Came out like the early Fat Tire (when you could taste the malts). Freaking simple and freaking good. Shoot for 1.060 and 60' and 15' additions to 40s IBU. I used Safale S-04 (great yeast and very reliable). Best beer I've brewed in many years.

    I've got a Maris Otter/Chinook APA SMaSH in the primary now. Hope it's as good as yours! Love the simplicity of these beers.
