I'm looking to land a bottle of Vanilla Rye. Do you think a regular Abraxas plus a 37.5cl bottle of Cantillon Rosé De Grambrinus will be enough to land that?

Yeah. I'm just getting tired of people jumping in to other people trade posts and trying to police them. Figured I'd save some of them their precious Internet time for other beer related searching.

Not only that but I've been seeing a lot of people responding to trades by replying right in the post instead of BM'ing the person. I know for me that is a sure way to get looked over.

You're not way off, so it might be worth trying, but I'll tell you honestly as someone with multiple bottles of Vanilla I'm not looking to trade that that deal wouldn't interest me at all, as I could get those beers with less.

I've noticed that too, I'm not sure why you wouldn't BM someone, is it laziness?

Probably a combination of lazy and ignorance...Lets say these people don't know your suppose to BM someone. Do they then think that 99% of all trade posts just don't ever get done? Use a little common sense here.

I think it's partly not knowing the rules but also to mark their territory. It discourages someone else that may be interested from messaging as they may think a deal is already in the works due to a pm'd comment, etc.
