The last NEBCO beer I saw in RI was 668 Number of the Beast, which was damn tasty.

Got the last 4 668 at Heritage today on my way up to Providence. Thanks for the heads up Seanniek91. Very tasty beer but still looking to try Gandhi and FBD. Slight up-note in my day though, seeing as my friends who went to Smugglers Notch in VT this weekend said they would get me a few cans of HT but failed. I called all the stores in the area and gave them numerous options for places to pick it up on friday (distribution day in the area) and saturday, but they said they would wait until today and of course..ALL GONE. Now I think I need to drive there on my own just to get this damn beer. I even gave them a 50$ tip just to get me a few cans. Yea..I want to try it.

Haha went to Chelo's today because the person I was with wanted to go and I asked the guy if they had the Sam Adams spring seasonal and he said no they still had the Winter Lager. Escape Route and Cold Snap have been out for a while now so there's no excuse for that. Ay yay yay. That place just doesnt cut it for craft beer. The bar area was packed with people watching the hockey game too.

Chelos is a beer wasteland and bad on every level.

Strange huh, it's almost as of the majority of people don't care about craft beer .

Again, asking for some Long Trail, Shipyard, Otter Creek, Redhook, or Wachusett isnt unreasonable to ask for especially since other chains in the state have them. When you cant even get that its really sad.

Don't think this was mentioned before in the thread but if in the Newport area Bridge Liquors is definitely worth a stop. I scored two bottles of last year's KBS there today. I was looking for a single or two of BCBS (which they have a case and half of still) and the clerk said he wasn't allowed to split 4 packs but had something else I might enjoy. They also had a 4 pack of BCBBW and pretty much every Founders varietal, Bolt Cutter, Sweet Repute etc.

Bridge is sneaky one of the better places for hard to find beers in RI
